원더형은 내 이십대 초반을 차지한 여러 뮤지션 중 하나다. 몇년 전 모 페스티벌에서 봤을 때만 해도 건재했는데 지금은 어떤지 잘 모르겠다. 말랑말랑한 멜로디로 많이 알려져 있지만 이분의 음악이야말로 온갖 음악이론적 복잡성을 갖추고 있다.

이 곡은 도입부의 드럼 리듬에서 이미 내 마음을 가져갔다. 심장을 어택하는 단순명료한 베이스 리프도 그렇다. 코드진행이며 긴장감이 도는 멜로디 하며, verse의 모든 요소들이 좋아서 그 이후는 사실 크게 중요하지 않았다. 이후에도 크게 2개의 파트를 거치며 분위기가 조금씩 고조된다. 아무튼 시종일관 시원시원하고 복잡하고 멜랑꼴리해서 언제 들어도 기분이 좋아진다.
